Is the facility secure?
YES – We have security in place to ensure the security of the facility and your belongings
When Can i access my unit?
Operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
Saturday: 07:30 – 13:00
Sunday: Closed
Public Holidays: 07:30 – 13:00
Who else will have access to my storage unit?
NO ONE – You are the only one with access to your storage unit, as you will be the only one with a key to your padlock. We do not hold a key to your storage unit.
Will i have access outside of the displayed hours?
NO. For the safety of our employees and our clients access is only between 06h00am and 17h30pm, 7 days a week
What items are not allowed to be stored?
Prohibited from storage includes, but is not limited to:
- Toxic, polluted, or contaminated items
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Radioactive substances
- Hazardous materials
- Live plants or animals
- Food or perishable items
- Cash and securities
- Illegal merchandise
- Waste
- Flammable liquids, such as petrol
- Gas cylinders, whether full or empty
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a single month’s deposit is payable before we can guarantee availability for your storage unit.
Do you supply transport?
Yes, containers can be delivered and picked up at your premises at a fee.
